  The company “Airspeeder” has revealed a world-first electric flying car. They have achieved new landmarks in the dawn of the mobility revolution. The Airspeeder Mk3 is certainly a good-looking car. Its frame is made up of carbon fiber. The weight is around 100 kg (220 lb). Its 96-kW is expected to run at speeds of more than 120 km/h (75 mph). Alauda Aeronautics was founded by Matt Pearson in 2016 and is the creator of the Airspeeder and is based in Sydney, Australia. company is not looking at Urban Air Mobility but instead, has the goal to build the first eVTOL flying race cars and to start the world's first flying race car events on a global scale. Airspeeder Mk3 is ready for the global race series later this year. The aircraft is capable of achieving 120 kph and utilizes LiDAR, RADAR, and machine vision. We are very much keen to see this car race flying high for the battle.

 Amazon is in talks with MGM to acquire U.S iconic MGM Movie studio. This is reported on 17-05-2021. Both Amazon and MGM have denied this trade talk. Both of them have not commented on this topic. Amazon has said, “doesn't comment on rumours or speculation". It was reported the deal will close around 7$-10$ billion. MGM is hoping to get 9$billion. MGM has made movies like “James Bond” and they have an Epix cable channel. MGM has made many popular TV shows like The Handmaid Tale, Fargo, Vikings, and Shark Tank. Last year in December Reuters reported MGM studio is expected to sell and contacted investment bank Morgan Stanley and LionTree LLC to start the formal sale process.
